Where travertine works best
Travertine is one of the best options for porches, patios, pool surrounds and stair treads. Its porous nature gives a non-slip feel and stays cool underfoot, which is exactly what you want around water and in full sun.
From Denizli, the world's largest travertine region
Denizli in western Turkiye is the largest travertine production centre in the world, and its warm cream and beige tones are what most buyers mean when they say "Turkish travertine". We supply ivory, yellow gold and silver grey, cross cut or vein cut.
Cut and calibrated in our own workshop
We do not simply pass on what a quarry sends. Tiles are cut and calibrated to the thickness you ordered before they are packed, which is what keeps the joints even once the stone is laid.
Sizes, thicknesses and finishes
Cut to project requirements. For pool surrounds and outdoor stairs we normally recommend a tumbled or brushed surface, and a bullnose edge where the stone meets water.
Delivery to Iraq, Syria and the Gulf
Most of our shipments today move by road, which given conditions in the region is usually the faster and more predictable option. Stone is crated on wooden pallets with corner protection and strapped, so it arrives as it left.
